Loan Officer / Mortgage Consultant

Requirements:

	Bachelor degree or equivalent mortgage experience
	Proven sales track record in the Purchase/Refinance Mortgage Market
	A thorough understanding of mortgage products
	One to five years experience in mortgage origination and/or sales
	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
	The ability to sell effectively on the phone and/or via e-mail
	High energy and great communication skills
	Proficient in MS Office and the Internet
